Description

Original World Health Organization “International Certificates of Vaccination” booklet issued to Rolling Stones bassist Bill Wyman, measuring 5.25 x 7.75 open, signed twice inside in ballpoint by Wyman on the designated patient signature lines for the smallpox and cholera vaccination sections. The yellow booklet bears Wyman’s full name, date of birth (“24-10-36”), and travel document number on the cover and interior pages, with entries dated between 1965 and 1971. Medical annotations, physician signatures, and official public health stamps document vaccinations and revaccinations administered during the height of the Rolling Stones’ international touring years. Among the notable entries are cholera vaccination stamps from the Commonwealth of Australia Department of Health in Melbourne, dated February 11, 1965, as well as a Westminster City Council authentication stamp dated November 8, 1967, tied to the smallpox revaccination section. In fine condition.
