Financial document recording and approving municipal revenues and expenses for Châlons, including receipts, deductions, octroi revenues, and common expenses, with detailed accounting in livres, sols, and deniers. Executed under the authority of the Conseil Royal des Finances at Versailles during the final decade of the ancien régime. Prominently signed at the conclusion in ink by King Louis XVI. In fine condition.
