Flown book—a paperback edition of One Corpse Too Many by Ellis Peters—carried to the Russian Space Station Mir by the Progress re-supply spacecraft, then returned to Earth aboard Space Shuttle Atlantis during STS-79. Stamped on the first page with the red ink on-board "Mir" handstamp. In fine condition.
Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by Mir Board Engineer 2 Shannon Lucid, in full: "This book was flown to the Russian Space Station Mir by Progress, the Russian re-supply vehicle and then returned to earth by STS-79, onboard the United States Space Shuttle, Atlantis, September 26. 1996."
