Flown NASA 'worm logo' patch, 3.5˝ x 1.25˝, flown to the Russian Space Station Mir on the Space Shuttle Atlantis (STS-76), and returned to Earth aboard Atlantis (STS-79) some 188 days later. Stamped on the reverse with an on-board "Mir" handstamp, and displayed in a 5˝ x 5˝ frame. In fine condition.
Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by Mir Board Engineer 2 Shannon Lucid, in full: "I certify that the NASA 'worm' logo patch, shown above, was flown to the Mir space station by me on STS-76, and returned to earth by me on STS-79. It is from my personal collection and bears an onboard Mir cancellation on the back."
