Description

(Walt Disney Studios, 1946) Rare original production key master background set-up from Song of the South, which depicts Br'er Fox, the film’s main villain, emerging from the top of a hollow tree, the entrance to his den on Chick-A-Pin Hill, after hearing his the bell on his snare trap ring in the distance. The cel is placed on a brilliant hand-painted production background from the exact same scene of the film, with the Fox character image and mat opening measuring 1.5 x 2.5 and 13.25 x 10.25, respectively. Double-matted and framed to an overall size of 19.5 x 17. In fine condition. A super rare, strikingly rendered key master set-up from this controversial Disney film.
