I. du Pont de Nemours and Company, as the president of General Motors, and was on the founding board of directors of the Empire State Building. DS, signed “Pierre S. du Pont,” one page, 11.5 x 7.25, November 20, 1929. Stock certificate for 100 shares in the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company issued to du Pont, endorsed on the reverse by him to transfer the shares. In fine condition. The consignor notes that approximately 20 of these certificates remain in existence today.
