Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 15 x 9.75, December 6, 1830. President Jackson grants Frederick Onstine of Ohio, a parcel of land at, "Tiffin, Ohio containing Eighty acres." Signed at the conclusion in ink by President Andrew Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. In very good to fine condition, with light toning along the folds, minor loss to the right edge, and the seal absent from the lower left corner.
