Al Worden's star chart that was used during training for the Apollo 15 mission, 9.5 x 7.25, signed vertically along the left side in black felt tip, “I used this chart in training – Al Worden, Apollo 15.” The chart features numerous stars and constellations printed in white against a black background, with a caption below reading: “Stars in the vicinity of Ursa Major.” Affixed to a same-size cardstock mount, the reverse of which is marked "MSC, 991-0001.57." In fine condition. Accompanied by a letter of provenance signed by Worden, in part: "I hereby certify that this Rectangular (Black) Star Chart was used by me during the training period for the flight of Apollo 15. It has been in my personal possession since that time.”
