I did not know that you had acquired the latter and they must be a veritable gold mine. Ever so many thanks. Nicholas Low (1739–1826) was a prominent merchant, landowner, and financier from New York City. It seems plausible that Low was connected to the Roosevelt family through their shared social, business, and political networks
