Third-person ink endorsement signature of Queen Victoria, "Immediate, The Queen,” on an off-white 4.5 x 7 docketing panel, also signed three times by Lord Palmerston, who served as prime minister from 1855–1858 and 1859–1865: "Viscount Palmerston," "The Queen, Palmerston," and, on the opposite side, "Private, The Earl de Grey, Palmerston." In very good to fine condition, with intersecting folds, scattered creasing, and three small holes.
