In very fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Farthest Reaches, in part: "The promotional item for the San Diego Air Space Museum's 40th Anniversary of Apollo 8 event…comes from the personal collection of former NASA Flight Controller Eugene F. Kranz…[who] was in attendance that evening and personally obtained all of the signatures."
