Brown of Syracuse University’s New York State College of Forestry, in full: "Confidentially and for your information, I am enclosing a copy of a letter which I wrote to Governor Smith from Warm Springs several weeks ago." In fine condition, with a paperclip impression to the top edge, and related offset to the lower left side.
