It seemed to me I stood by the Iron gate leading to the drive, and for a while I could not enter for the way was barred to me.' Signed at the conclusion in blue ink by du Maurier. In fine condition. Accompanied by two unsigned publicity photos from the film adaptation and a DS, seven onionskin pages, pertaining to the film with a secretarial signature of du Maurier.
