Crisp ink signature, “Victoria, Kensington Palace, Dec: 23d, 1831,” on an off-white 6.25 x 6.5 sheet. Also signed in ink by her mother also known as the Duchess of Kent, “Victoria Mary Louisa, Kensington Palace 23rd Decem. 1831.” Matted and framed to an overall size of 13 x 13.5. Intersecting folds, with a junction of two folds through portion of signature, and scattered light toning and foxing, otherwise fine condition. A very early example signed seven years before her coronation. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
