Manuscript DS, signed “Z. Taylor, Col. Comd'g,” one page, 6.5 x 3.25, April 14, 1834. Document headed, "Return for extra Whiskey for Men on extra and daily Duty at Fort Crawford," signed by T.B.W. Stockton, approved at the conclusion in ink by Zachary Taylor as commander of the fort. The reverse lists the names of the nine men on extra duty. In fine condition, with a tiny hole near the bottom edge, and a minor chip to the top right corner.
