Attractive 8 x 11 print of the poem ‘The Explorers’ by Adrienne Rich with a border design by Chesley Bonestell, who has signed in the lower left in pencil. Rich’s poem begins, in part: “Beside the Mare Crisium, that sea / Where water never was. sit down with me / And let us talk of Earth, where long ago / We drank the air and saw the rivers flow.” Nicely double-matted and framed to an overall size of 15.5 x 18.5. In fine condition.
