Two books signed by moonwalkers: a first edition of Earth: The Making, Shaping and Workings of a Planet by Derek Elsom, published by Macmillan in 1992, hardcover with dust jacket, signed and inscribed on the first free end page in black ballpoint by Edgar Mitchell, "To the Kendalls, with love, Dad, Sheilah, & Odom, 12/96," with an inserted form letter and bookplate from the Institute of Noetic Sciences; and a first edition of Apollo: An Eyewitness Account, published by the Greenwich Workshop Press in 1998, signed and inscribed on the title page in blue felt tip, "To Elizabeth (Libbie) & Dean—Your father helped make the impossible dream of flying to the moon a reality. Hold on and work toward your own special dreams. Alan Bean." In overall fine condition. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from Elizabeth Kendall, the daughter of Edgar Mitchell.
