The cel is placed on a matching studio copy background. Character images measure 3.25 x 5 (Rocky) and 7.5 x 8 (Bullwinkle and ground), with overall dimensions of 16.5 x 13.5. The lower left corner bears a golden Jay Ward Production seal. In fine condition.
