Manuscript DS in French, signed "Napoleon," one page, 7.75 x 12.5, February 11, 1806. An untranslated decree for the nomination of Mr. Buffi as Royal Commissioner for the National Accounts Department, beautifully signed at the conclusion in ink by Napoleon Bonaparte as Emperor of the French and King of Italy. In fine, bright condition. An exceptionally nice example, adorned with Napoleon's lesser-seen full signature.
