Bold ink signature, "T. Roosevelt,” on an off-white 3.75 x 2.25 card, annotated at the bottom in another hand: "Ex. Asst. Sec. U.S.N., Author, Colonel 'Rough Riders,' Governor New York 1899, 10-20-99." In very good to fine condition, with light soiling, and a tiny glue stain touching two letters of the signature.
