President Jackson approves a tract of land in Cincinnati, Ohio

Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 15.5 x 9.75, March 12, 1829. President Jackson grants Henry Crowel of Montgomery County, Ohio, a tract of land at "Cincinnati, Ohio, containing seventy-nine acres, and sixteen hundredths of an acre." Signed at the conclusion by President Andrew Jackson, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. The lower left retains the original white paper seal. Mounted and framed to an overall size of 21.75 x 15.75. In fine condition, with all handwriting light but legible.
