Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 15.75 x 9.75, June 15, 1831. President Jackson grants Garland Hardwick of Jackson County, Alabama, a parcel of land at "Huntsville, Alabama, containing seventy nine acres." Signed at the conclusion in ink by President Andrew Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. In very good to fine condition, with a blue stain, scattered small holes, and a missing seal. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from JSA.
