Agreement between MGM and songwriting partners Jerome Kern and Otto Harbach by which they convey “exclusive world’s motion picture rights…in and to the musical play ‘The Cat and the Fiddle,’ which play including its book, music, lyrics and incidental music.” Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen, “Jerome D. Kern” and “Otto Harbach,” and countersigned by two company representatives. In fine condition, with expected document wear and creasing to one corner. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
