Description
Appealing vintage circa 1960s/70s Bacon-type hydrogen/oxygen fuel cell demonstrator, measuring approximately 5″ x 9″ x 7″, featuring two circular gauges, a volt meter, and an ammeter on the base. Housed in a gray carrying case. In fine condition. Francis Thomas Bacon developed the first practical hydrogen-oxygen fuel cell during the 1940s and 1950s, and the alkaline fuel cell design was used by NASA during the Apollo and Space Shuttle missions.
