Agreement between Maurice Chevalier and Sammy Davis Enterprises of Delaware Ltd. for Chevalier's appearance in a one-hour television special produced for Bavarian Television. Under the terms of the contract, Chevalier agreed to appear in the program, while Sammy Davis Enterprises secured worldwide usage rights for two broadcasts. The agreement further provides that, in consideration of Chevalier's participation, Sammy Davis Jr. would appear as a guest on a future television special to be produced by Chevalier. Signed at the conclusion in ink by Maurice Chevalier and by Sammy Davis Jr. as president of Sammy Davis Enterprises of Delaware Ltd. Attached is a four-page appendix. In fine condition.
