Conaway for the proposed Broadway revue Of All Things. Under the terms of the agreement, Allen, identified as the revue's sketch writer, grants the producers the exclusive right to produce and present his material in the United States and Canada in exchange for royalties based on the production's weekly box-office receipts. The contract specifically identifies the material to be included in the production as the sketches Bachelor Party and Madhatter's Tea Party, three additional untitled sketches, and continuity material linking the revue together. Signed at the conclusion in ink by Woody Allen, Mark H. Kroll, Charles W. Conaway, and a representative of the William Morris Agency.
