Official color glossy 9.5 x 7 NASA photo of the Earth as viewed from outer space, affixed to its original 12 x 9 cardstock mount, which is signed and inscribed in the upper and lower borders in felt tip, “‘It really is round – and beautiful,’ To Vince Machi, with thanks & best wishes, Gene Cernan, Apollo XII.” The reverse of the mount is annotated in pencil, “AS17 148-22727.” In very good to fine condition, with creases to the upper right and lower left corners, smearing to portions of the signature, and trimmed top and bottom edges, which have removed a portion of Cernan’s inscription.
