(Walt Disney Studios, 1970) Original production cel of the Gabble Sisters from The Aristocats, signed below in black felt tip by legendary Disney animators Frank Thomas, Ollie Johnston, and Marc Davis. The cel, which is placed on a color copy background, depicts Amelia and Abigail, twin British geese, laughing on a farm in full-figure poses. Character images measure 3 x 5.75 and 3.25 x 6.5, with a mat opening of 11.25 x 9. Double-matted and framed with a caption plate to an overall size of 18.5 x 17. Reverse of frame bears a Walt Disney Productions label identifying the work as "an original hand-painted celluloid drawing actually used in a Walt Disney production." In fine condition, with the caption plate slightly askew.
