Accompanied by a 14 x 11 flight certificate issued to Sue Richard, certifying that she has "flown on Air Force One as a guest of Ronald Reagan, President of the United States of America," signed in black felt tip by Presidential Pilot Robert Ruddick. Sue Mathis, later Sue Mathis-Richard, served in the White House Media Liaison Office.
