Two flown items from the Apollo 13 mission: a 3.5˝ Beta cloth patch of the Apollo 13 mission insignia, and a 1.75˝ x 2˝ swatch of netting from the inner wall of the Apollo 13 Lunar Module Aquarius, both affixed to an 8˝ x 10˝ cardstock presentation signed in black ink by the crew, "James Lovell," "Jack Swigert," and "Fred Haise," with the latter signing again after a handwritten provenance statement: “This Beta Patch and Aquarius netting flown to the moon on Apollo 13 Spacecraft, 11-17 April 1970. At G.E.T. 55:54:53 #2 Oxygen tank exploded. We lost the moon. With little power, water and freezing temperature – endurance and survival became our focus. ‘Odyssey’ was truly a befitting name for CM-109. Freddo.” In very fine condition.
