Original vintage matte-finish 11 x 13.75 glamour photograph of a young Marilyn Monroe, then known as Norma Jeane Dougherty, modeling a Catalina brand two-piece swimsuit with a bird motif, attributed to photographer Potter Hueth for the Blue Book Modeling Agency around 1945. The lower right corner bears a photography studio blindstamp for H. Maier Studios of Los Angeles. In fine condition, with some light scattered staining. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA, certifying it as an authentic “Type I” photograph.
