Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by President Richard Nixon and countersigned by Secretary of Commerce Maurice H. Stans. The gold foil seal and ribbon affixed at the lower left remain intact. Mounted and matted to an overall size of 24.5 x 21, In very good condition, with scattered surface rippling from mounting, Nixon's signature slightly faded, and a few surface scuffs to the mat. Accompanied by an oversized photograph showing Mecham receiving the commission.
