Businessman (1902–1984) who took over McDonald's in 1954 and built it into the most successful fast food operation in the world; he also purchased the San Diego Padres baseball team in 1974. McDonald's breakfast coupon card, 3.5 x 2.25, imprinted, "Be Our Guest," signed on the reverse in black ballpoint, "Ray A. Kroc." Terms on the reverse indicate that the card was redeemable for "your choice of one of our delicious breakfasts…Egg McMuffin, Hotcakes and Sausage or Scrambled Eggs, Sausage and Hash Browns." In very good to fine condition, with light creasing and scattered staining.
