Sensational vintage autograph album, 4˝ x 3˝, containing signatures of numerous British Invasion and early rock ’n’ roll artists from the late 1950s and early 1960s, a group highlighted by ballpoint signatures of the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Gene Vincent, and Little Richard. The Beatles sign individually on images affixed to successive album pages, with Paul McCartney, George Harrison, John Lennon, and Ringo Starr each autographing his own portrait; the portraits originate from Astrid Kirchherr’s celebrated November 1962 Hamburg studio session, the only formal studio photo shoot she conducted with the Beatles during their years in Hamburg.
The Rolling Stones sign on adjacent pages, with one page signed “Stones, Charlie Boy,” “Bill Wyman,” and “Keith Richard,” and the other signed “Mick Jagger” and “Brian Jones.” The latter page is also signed by British actress Carole Gray. Other notable signers include Cliff Richard, The Searchers, The Hollies, Brenda Lee, Billy J. Kramer, Freddie and the Dreamers, John Leyton, The Everly Brothers, Cilla Black, Dusty Springfield, and several others. In overall very good to fine condition, with the pages partially detached from the album, and staining to each of the Beatles' signatures.
