Esteemed Czech composer (1841–1904) of orchestral and chamber music, best known for his Symphony No. 9, 'From the New World.' AMQS on the reverse of one of Dvorak's personal 4.75 x 2.75 calling cards, simply imprinted on the front with his name and Prague address. Dvorak pens four bars on a single stave, a quotation from the concert overture 'In Nature’s Realm,' neatly dated and signed in ink, "Antonin Dvorak, Prage, 2/10/1894. Composed in 1891, the work is the first part of a trilogy of overtures, with the 'Carnival Overture' and 'Othello.' In fine condition.
