Engagement contract between Creative Management Associates and Barbra Streisand, related to her appearance on the television program "Singer Presents Burt Bacharach," with the taping scheduled for February 15th and 16th, 1971, with compensation of $15,000. The contract notes that Bacharach will write a new song, which Streisand will “have the right, but not the obligation, to sing on the program.” Regarding the billing, the contract notes that Streisand's name will be the same size, type, and prominence as the names of Bacharach, Tom Jones, and Rudolf Nureyev. Signed at the conclusion in ballpoint by Streisand, who signs again on the attached Standard AFTRA engagement contract. Streisand also adds her approval initials a total of seven times to an attached eight-page rider and two subsequent exhibits. In fine condition.
