Thanks a lot for remembering me – love to Ann – see you later.” Below the letter, Harrison has added a detailed sketch of the lower body of a guitar, drawing a bridge marked “Zemaitis,” above a decorative motif featuring the sacred Sanskrit mantra ‘Om Tat Sat’ and vine work with a central sun design, which Harrison has annotated, “Sun? The recipient, Tony Zemaitis, was a world-famous luthier and friend of many of the most famous guitarists in the world. In addition to Harrison, he made guitars for artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Keith Richards, Paul McCartney, Mary Hopkin, Marc Bolan, Donovan, Bob Dylan, David Gilmour, Peter Frampton, Ronnie Wood, and Ronnie Lane.
