Official letter of state to "His Excellency the President of the Republic of Bolivia," in part (translated): "We have deemed it fitting to recall Yoshiatsu Murakami…decorated with the Third Class of Our Imperial Order of the Sacred Treasure, whom We had accredited to the Government of the Republic of Bolivia in the capacity of Our Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary. In informing You of this decision, We take pleasure in noting that, during the time he resided with You, he devoted all his efforts—guided always by Our intentions—to the fulfillment of his mission and to the development of the friendly relations that so happily exist between Our two Countries, and that he was thereby able to merit Your high benevolence. We seize this opportunity to express to You Our sentiments of high esteem and sincere affection, while conveying to You, at the same time, the fervent wishes We form for Your happiness and prosperity."
