Housed within its original escrow portfolio folder, which also contains a letter from the realty firm, escrow instructions, a letter from the Security-First National Bank of Los Angeles, and the text of a press release: "Cary Grant Sells Bel-Air Residence. The Cotswald English dwelling owned by Cary Grant, located at 10615 Bellagio Road, Bel Air, has been purchased by Charles S. Howard, Jr., of the Howard Automobile Company, for a reported price of $125,000." In fine condition.
