Manuscript DS in French, signed “Charles,” one page both sides, 9 x 13.75, January 20, 1567. Record of benefits and rewards to be granted to royal servants, including captain of the guard, valet de chambre, and sommelier, denoting the amounts in livres. Prominently signed at the conclusion in ink by King Charles IX. In very good to fine condition, with small stains, edge chipping, and partial splitting along the hinge.
