Early Island Records 45 RPM record sleeve for the U2 single 'New Year's Day / Treasure (Whatever Happened to Pete the Chop),' signed on the front in red felt tip, "Larry," and in blue felt tip, "Bono, 83," "Adam," and "Edge." In very good to fine condition, with some light creasing. A CBS pressing of the record is included.

“New Year’s Day” marked U2’s first hit in the United Kingdom and their breakthrough on the international stage, charting across multiple countries. The track was later honored by Rolling Stone in its list of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time, and it endures as one of the band’s most performed live numbers—ranking as their seventh most-played song in concert.
