TLS signed “George,” one page, 8 x 10.5, NASA letterhead, March 14, 1969. Letter to Fred Nahas, in part: "Thank you for sending me a copy of your broadcast on 'Tomorrow's History,' commenting on Mrs. Madalyn O'Hair's activities. Your words reflect the feelings of a vast majority of the people who have written to us since the Apollo 8 flight." In fine condition.
Madalyn Murray O'Hair (1919–1995) was a prominent atheist activist who brought a lawsuit against NASA because of the Apollo 8 crew's reading of Genesis to the world in their live TV stream from the moon.
