(Walt Disney Studios, 1988) Original production cel and matching drawing of Mickey Mouse from Mickey's 60th Birthday television special, both of which show Mickey in a full-figure pose as he appeared in the 1940 classic film Fantasia, his head topped with the magical hat of sorcerer supreme Yen Sid. The cel and drawing images both measure 3 x 3.75. The cel is double-matted (mat opening of 9 x 7) and framed under Plexiglas to an overall size of 16.75 x 14.5. The drawing is accomplished in graphite on an untrimmed 12.5 x 10.5 sheet of animation paper marked “SC 31” and “M-95.” Both pieces bear the silver Walt Disney Company seal to the lower right. In overall fine condition.
