It is heartening indeed to hear you say that 'a sincere and true friend of the Republic of China may again be of some assistance.' I am glad to know that you are thinking of visiting this part of the world in the near future. Nothing will make me happier than for you to visit us. Please let me know as soon as your travel plans are finalized." In fine condition. Accompanied by the original transmittal envelope.
