Partly-printed DS in Russian, signed “M. Tukhachevsky,” one page, 8.5 x 13.25, December 28, 1932. Award citation recognizing Konstantin Fedorovich Nosov for exceptional work in managing the production of prototype weaponry for the Air Force. Signed at the conclusion in red ink by Tukhachevsky. In very fine condition, with a short tear to the right edge.
