Description

German politician and early leader of the Nazi Party (1892-1934), who, along with his younger brother Otto, was a leading member of the party's left-wing faction, which brought them into conflict with the dominant faction led by Adolf Hitler, resulting in Gregor's murder in 1934. The brothers' strand of the Nazi ideology is known as Strasserism. ALS in German, signed “Gr. Strasser,” one page both sides, 5.5 x 9, Reichstag letterhead, January 8, 1926. Untranslated handwritten letter to Eugen Munder, thanking him for his support and emphasizes the importance of perseverance and solidarity in the face of ongoing struggles. He notes that despite a recent mishap that has temporarily confined him, he remains committed to his work and hopes to meet again soon. In fine condition, with file holes to the left edge.

From the personal collection of a lifelong collector, teacher, and traveler with a passion for world history. His collecting years ranged from the 1970s to the present day, meaning that several of the premier pieces have not been on the market in decades.
