Licensing agreement between Lucille Ball, Desi Arnaz, and New Moon Homes, Inc. to use the names and likenesses of Ball and Arnaz in connection with the sale of "I Love Lucy Mobile Homes." Ball and Arnaz will receive a royalty of one dollar per lineal foot of all net sales for eighteen months. Signed on the last page in blue ballpoint by Ball and Arnaz, who add their initials to an amendment on the first page. In fine condition. Accompanied by three monthly statements from New Moon Homes from 1953, with two months of no sales and the third month showing over $400,000 in sales.
