Walton of the Wednesbury Institute, in part: "I shall be glad to fix Friday, the 26th of April, as the date on which I shall be able, if convenient to you, to deliver my Annual Presidential Address to the members. If this date should suit you, I shall be much obliged if you will confirm it." In fine condition, with light overall creasing.
