Description

Individual signatures of Queen dated to their 1975 and 1977 tours, with additional autographs from Elton John, Cat Stevens, and Hawkwind

Marvelous set of individual ballpoint signatures of Queen—“Freddie Mercury,” “Brian May,” “John Deacon,” and “To Janice, Roger Taylor”—on four separate album pages measuring 3.75 x 5 and 5.5 x 4. The reverse of the Taylor page is also signed by May, who adds the inscription, “To Janice, love from Queen,” with the reverse of the other album pages signed by other notable musicians: Mercury (Cat Stevens), Deacon (Elton John), and May (Hawkwind). The autographs of Mercury, May, and Deacon were obtained at the Odeon Theatre in Birmingham, England, on December 9, 1975, as part of Queen’s A Night at the Opera Tour. The Taylor signature was obtained at Earl’s Court in London, England, on June 7, 1977, as part of their A Day at the Races Tour. In very good to fine condition, with scattered small stains. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks.
