Limited edition color 27 x 22 serigraph of artwork by boxing great Muhammad Ali, numbered 134/500, entitled ‘Under the Sun,’ which depicts a jet aircraft soaring over a desert and below a bright sun, signed prominently in the lower corner in pencil by Ali. The reverse bears a “1979 Herbert Muhammad Enterprises” copyright stamp. In very fine condition. In 1979, towards the end of Ali's professional boxing career, he produced a handful of silk screens depicting or interpreting a few of his various interests: boxing, social justice, and Islam, to name a few. Ali's business manager, Jabir Herbert Muhammad, approached New York City's Ro Gallery to exclusively sell these signed limited edition prints.
